严正声明（solemn statement）

我在中国被中国脑计划的研究生进行卫星量子脑机接口监视了，它们各种干预我的生活，对我身边的人外放我的胡言乱语的心声并指指点点。导致我论文被拒，专利费无法正常缴纳，现在论文还被删除了。它们小到我点外卖，我盖房子装修，大到我报警。现在还想抢我专利。

我分析过我的专利了，绝对没有侵权的情况。它们就想造势然后对我专利申请无效化，导致我无法垄断。比如说我专利费没有缴纳期限过长或则声称是自己团队先发布到脑联网中的。

我打算先把产品做出来把自己声望打出去，然后报警立案逮捕它们，然后根据专利法在不可抗力的情况下专利费补缴延长进行补缴，然后通过将专利同步其他国家。

I was monitored by a graduate student from the Chinese Brain Project using satellite quantum brain computer interfaces in China. They intervened in my life in various ways, expressing my nonsensical thoughts and pointing fingers at people around me. My paper was rejected, patent fees could not be paid properly, and now my paper has been deleted. They are so small that I order takeout, I build and decorate my house, and so big that I call the police. Now they still want to steal my patent.

I have analyzed my patent and there is absolutely no infringement. They just want to create hype and invalidate my patent application, making it impossible for me to monopolize. For example, if my patent fee payment deadline is too long or if I claim that my team first published it to the Brain Network.

I plan to first make the product and establish my reputation, then report to the police and arrest them. In case of force majeure, I will extend the patent fee payment according to the patent law, and then synchronize the patent with other countries.
